Youth Jubilee Tea Party

Last Wednesday we had a fantastic time at our Youth Jubilee Tea Party!
We served lots of sandwiches, nibbles and cakes and had hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows in our teacups! ☕️🍱🍰
Everyone got involved in playing Jubilee Bingo, pin the crown on the Corgi and helped to colour in our cake toppers for our older members afternoon lunch which is tomorrow 🙌

We have some amazing activities planned for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 👑 Check out our noticeboard for all of our upcoming plans!
We’re also going to be sharing photos from around Woodvale and Ainsdale of our cardboard cut out of the Queen and we’d love for you to get involved and guess where the photo has been taken! Keep your eyes peeled for the first on location photo on Monday👀

Afternoon Lunch Club

Yesterday we hosted our monthly lunch club and served some lovely, warming meals. Cream of Leek Soup or Sausage Casserole for a main served with crusty bread and Sticky Toffee Pudding or Fruit Salad for dessert – absolutely delicious!
We would like to say a big thank you to I’m Your Baker who donated Sticky Toffee Puddings for us to serve as a dessert – they were very well received by our members 😁
